Contact Us

Email (sales and product enquiries): sales@bluearan.co.uk

Admin / Support: 023 8063 4120 | Email is the best way to contact us - we prioritise emails, and deal with them in the order they come in

We are a web based retailer and the quickest and simplest way to place an order is via our website.

If you have a question about a replacement loudspeaker or diaphragm, it is usually quickest to email us with details of the cabinet and any labels or markings on the existing driver. Clear photos can be very helpful for identification.

Due to the high risk of card fraud on telephone orders, we are not able to accept card payments over the phone. All payments must be made via the secure online checkout, which connects directly to the bank systems to minimise fraud.

If you are having difficulty completing an order online, please email sales@bluearan.co.uk and one of the sales team will assist you.

Opening Hours

Our warehouse and office are normally open:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 5:00pm
  • Weekends and Bank Holidays: Closed

Our trade counter is open for pre ordered collections during normal opening hours. If you plan to travel a long distance, we recommend placing your order in advance and waiting for a Ready for Collection email before visiting.

Recycling & WEEE

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations are designed to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being sent to landfill and to encourage reuse, recycling and recovery.

As a responsible retailer, we support proper recycling of electrical and electronic products.

How we are helping

In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system that allows customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. We meet this obligation by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres operated by local authorities, through membership of the Distributor Take back Scheme (DTS).

You can view our current certificate here: DTS Certificate of Registration

To find more information on WEEE recycling and locate your nearest recycling centre, please visit: www.recycle-more.co.uk.

Speaker component recycling and take back

As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we offer in store take back of selected products on a one for one like for like basis. If you are buying replacement speaker components from us, you can bring your old components to our trade counter at the same time.

Components that can be reconditioned or reconed may be repaired by our technicians and offered for resale, helping to keep usable products in circulation and out of landfill.

Where repair is not possible, we break down components into separate materials such as steel, aluminium, copper and paper, and send these to appropriate recycling facilities.

We are not able to offer in store take back of complete electrical equipment such as amplifiers. These should be disposed of via your local WEEE recycling centre, which can be found on the Recycle More website.
