Convair Crossover X1013 4 ohm LF 8 ohm B&C DE610 HF

This crossover was designed for use in a full range cabinet with a 4 ohm woofer and an 8 ohm tweeter. The crossover frequency is approximately 1.5khz - a non-standard configuration is used to equalise the compression driver making it impossible to specify exact crossover point.

Linkwitz-Riley second order filters are utilised, along with attenuation and equalisation for the HF. The tuning is designed specifically for the B&C DE610, although other compression drivers with a similar response will also work.

In the initial design process, 2 x Eminence Delta 15 (8 ohm) were used for woofers, and a Faital Pro LTH142 horn flare was used on the DE610 compression driver.

Power handling is approximately 600-800W.
