Tuff Cab Heavy Duty Spray Glue Adhesive

Tuff Cab Spray Adhesive is an exceptionally powerful adhesive, fitted with a new actuator spray nozzle, conveniently packaged for a wide range of applications including carpet fitting, furniture manufacture, vehicle refinishing, asbestos removal and many others.

Tuff Cab Spray Adhesive is a long-lasting, multi-purpose spray adhesive designed to produce a high strength bond between a variety of materials. This adhesive is easy to use, as it requires no mixing or extensive preparation.

Tuff Cab Spray Adhesive is particularly suited for bonding foam to foam and to other materials such as fabrics, wood, concrete, metal, plastic, rubber and polythene. This makes it ideal for laying foam backed carpets, spot fixing carpet tiles, fitting vehicle interior trimmings, securing underfelts, dust sealing concrete floors, fixing insulation materials and many others.

Tuff Cab Spray Adhesive is not suitable for vehicle headlinings.

Tuff Cab Spray Adhesive is extremely easy to apply, firstly ensure that surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free from any contaminants. Spray the adhesive in a uniform coating from approximately 25cm (10 inches). For applications on porous materials, or for maximum strength adhesion, coat both surfaces. Allow 1-2 minutes for the solvents to evaporate. Press together firmly, working from the centre outwards to achieve a good bond. For best results the adhesive should be used at temperatures between 15 - 25 Celsius and stored at temperatures between 10-20C. Any excess adhesive may be removed with our Solvent Cleaner.

N.B. Note Tuff Cab Spray Adhesive is not suitable to use on plasticised PVC.
